    Typographical Errors:
    There may be advertising errors, typographical errors, or price changes which are beyond our control. Xtreme Racing maintains no responsibility for these kinds of inadvertent errors or manufacturer price changes and we reserve the right to make price changes as necessary.

    Warranties and Guarantees:
    All warranties and guarantees, including missing items, are handled directly by Xtreme Racing. No returns on any opened items. Xtreme Racing warranty all parts against manufacture defects. All items that require returns must be contacted by Xtreme Racing before returning.
    Non defective items, customer broken or damaged item, are eligible for a 25% off of list price replacement, does not include wear items such as bearings, bodies or wore out pieces. These items must returned to Xtreme Racing with a copy of the original invoice. All returns are to be paid by the customer, all items must be prepaid before shipping.

    Shipping and Backordered items:
    Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Back ordered items are subject to the same shipping charge. It's a regular order, and it costs the same to ship as the original order.

    Returns & Cancellations:
    There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned orders. No returns on any opened items, special orders. No returns, without RGA authorization, or after 30days. No returns on items we have marked as discontinued, are no longer available on our website, clearance or close out items. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

    Damaged Returns
    Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
